MOONBEAN with WORLD NEWS and DJ Strobe B2B Crawford

Live electronic acts MOONBEAN and World News 808909 land at The Rumpus Room for a night of immersive beats and bold sound design.

Moonbean blends shimmering synthscapes with pulsing rhythms, delivering cinematic sets that move from meditative ambience to dancefloor-ready crescendos.

World News 808909 fuses modular textures, warped percussion, and heavy low-end to create unpredictable, hypnotic grooves that demand attention.

After the live sets, Proper Party Project’s DJs Strobe and Kim Crawford keep the energy flowing— running a rarely heard B2B set.

Together the lineup promises a full-spectrum electronic experience: live improvisation, club classics, and expertly curated DJ transitions.

Whether you’re here to lose yourself in live sound design or dance until dawn, this evening at The Rumpus Room is a can’t-miss celebration of Owen Sound’s emerging electronic scene.
